To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. • Notify us within 14 days after receipt to receive an RMA number • Due to the fact that our products are made to order and are for personal use, we are not required to accept returns or exchanges unless the products were damaged/defective upon arrival, or materially different from what was ordered. • If the customer wants to return items for the following reasons changed mind, no longer want, etc. the buyer pays the return shipping cost • The returned items must be received within 7 days after the RMA number/ label is provided • Once the return is received it will be processed and issued either a full, partial, or no refund. • Returns received without an RMA number will not be accepted.
